At Progress Forward Therapy, we provide online therapy across Massachusetts for teens, adults, and families who are ready for support that feels grounded, practical, and real. Our practice specializes in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, and the patterns that keep them stuck, using an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach that builds awareness, stability, identity, and confidence. We are especially passionate about supporting men, while also working with a wide range of clients including veterans, survivors of trauma, individuals who process information differently, and families. What sets our practice apart is the way we balance honesty, warmth, and clear direction, helping clients feel understood while also giving them tools that create meaningful progress outside the therapy room.

And I’m glad you’re here. I created Progress Forward Therapy to offer care that feels honest, grounded, and genuinely helpful for people who are tired of carrying everything on their own. My work is centered around helping clients move through trauma and anxiety with greater awareness, stability, and confidence, so they can begin showing up in their lives and relationships in a way that feels more authentic. I know that reaching out can be hard, especially when you are used to pushing through on your own, so my goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported without judgment.
