My work focuses on helping you process what you’ve carried and rebuild a sense of identity that isn’t limited to the uniform, the badge, or the past. This isn’t about erasing your strength. It’s about building on it.
As a veteran with forensic mental health training, I understand both the culture of high-stakes service and the psychological impact it leaves behind. I know the pride, loyalty, and discipline that come with those roles. I also understand how difficult it can be to step out of them.
I create a space that is grounded and relatable, while maintaining strong clinical structure. You won’t get clichés or clinical jargon. You’ll get direct conversation and real work.
My approach is structured, strategic, and evidence-based. I draw from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts to help you:
